Elise Nuding ’11

Elise is a senior concentrator in Archaeology and the Ancient World and is also a student of modern dance. Her research interests revolve around the study of urban and non-urban landscapes, with an emphasis on exploring their cross-temporal and cross-spatial qualities. Elise believes in the power of embodied experience and is excited by the intersection of the body and landscape, and the performative possibilities that these intersections can provide.
